MABBY BREW CO brews craft beer in a microbrewery beneath The Otley Arms in Treforest. Established in 2018 by Matt and Gabby Otley, it produces cask and keg ales alongside canned beers. Its range includes Mabby Citra, Mabby Mosaic, Mabby Hazy Pale, Mabby Milkshake and Mabby Lager. The 4% Hazy Pale uses Azacca, Centennial and El Dorado hops, while the 4% lager brings a lighter style to the range. Matt handles the brewing in the pub cellar, and the brewery's own beers are served upstairs.
