Hensol Castle Distillery

Hensol Castle Distillery produces Welsh gin, vodka and spiced rum in the cellars of Hensol Castle in the Vale of Glamorgan. Its range includes Welsh Dry Gin, Black Gin, Blood Orange Zest Gin and Wild Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin, alongside spiced and cherry spiced rums and Welsh vodka. The working distillery also develops spirits for other brands and provides contract distilling and bottling. Visitors can explore the production process on guided tours or create a personalised gin or rum during its distilling experiences.
