Gower Salt Marsh Lamb

Gower Salt Marsh Lamb is a family-run producer at Weobley Castle Farm near Llanrhidian, producing fully traceable salt marsh lamb from sheep grazing on the Gower salt marshes. The marshland provides samphire, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift, giving the lamb a distinctive link to the coastal pasture. Products include single lamb cuts, variety packs and whole, half and quarter lamb boxes, with salt marsh mutton also part of the producer’s wider meat offering.
