Gower Salt Marsh Lamb is a family-run producer of fully traceable lamb grazed on the salt marshes of Gower, where the sheep feed on samphire, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift. The range includes single cuts, variety packs and whole, half and quarter lamb boxes, with the lamb prepared fresh on site. Established in 2004, the business also sells salt marsh mutton, and its lamb is tied directly to the grazing conditions and marshland pasture of the Gower Peninsula.
