Glanmors is a bakery on Cardiff Road in Caerphilly, founded in 1980 by Glanmor Evans, a former lecturer at Cardiff College of Food Technology, and now run by his son Russell. The bakery produces bread, pastries, Welsh cakes, custard slices, pies and savoury pasties without additives or preservatives, all baked on site.
