Brace’s Bakery

Brace’s Bakery is a Welsh bakery founded in Pontllanfraith in 1902 and now producing from its Croespenmaen bakery near Blackwood. Its current range includes sliced white and wholemeal loaves, Welsh Legends loaves with added sourdough, tiger bread, bread rolls, crumpets, tea cakes, hot cross buns, scones, Welsh cakes and fruit loaf. The business supplies independent retailers, supermarkets and foodservice customers across Wales and beyond. Brace’s became part of Boparan Private Office in June 2026, while Mark and Jonathan Brace continue in senior leadership roles.
