Cuckoo Mill Farm is a family turkey producer at Pelcomb Bridge near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. The Davies family has reared turkeys at the farm since 1958, supplying fresh turkey throughout the year as well as whole birds for Christmas. The farm prepares breast and thigh rolls, turkey crowns and saddles, fillets, steaks, diced turkey, mince, burgers, wings and homemade turkey liver pâté. Some breast rolls and fillets are stuffed, while the Christmas selection includes larger joints and whole turkeys. Turkey rearing and preparation remain part of the family's farming business.
