Coffi a Bara

Coffi a Bara is a bakery and coffee shop in Tregaron producing sourdough breads, baguettes, yeasted loaves, laminated pastries, and other baked goods. Its breads and pastries are made fresh each morning using traditional baking techniques. Coffee is prepared using beans from Bay Coffee Roasters based in Ceredigion. The bakery makes its food on site, with bread production spanning sourdough and baguettes, and yeasted loaves while fresh pastries and smaller sweet bakes make up the rest of the range.
