Brecon Chocolates

Brecon Chocolates produces small-batch artisan chocolates in Brecon, Powys, specialising in filled bonbons, truffles, pralines and hand-finished chocolate bars. Its ganaches, caramels and nut butters are made from scratch, with flavours including salted caramel, fruit, coffee, botanical infusions and liqueurs. The range also includes fondant creams, chocolate flakes for hot drinks, chocolate stirrers and seasonal assortments. A distinctive collection of literary chocolates features BookWorm, BookMark and BookEnds moulded designs. Hand-dipped and hand-rolled pieces sit alongside chocolates decorated with coloured cocoa butter, in milk, dark, white and selected plant-based varieties.
