Blasus Bakery is a working training bakery at NPTC Group’s Neath College, where trainee bakers and confectioners produce bakery, patisserie and confectionery products. Its output includes artisan bread, celebration cakes and dinner-party desserts, alongside a wider range of patisserie and confectionery developed through the college’s practical bakery programme. The bakery also produces buffet items and wedding favours for special occasions, while the Indulgence by Blasus range brings together seasonal products and culinary gifts made and packed by the training bakery.
