Blasus Training Restaurant

Blasus Training Restaurant is part of NPTC Group’s hospitality training at Neath College and has served the local community for more than 40 years. The award-winning restaurant gives students practical experience of professional kitchen and front-of-house service in a traditional but contemporary fine-dining setting.

Restaurant lunches are served on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with dinner service on Wednesday evenings. The wider Blasus operation also includes its coffee lounge and traditional Welsh training bakery.
