Spirit of Wales Distillery is a South Wales producer of Welsh spirits, making Steeltown Welsh gin and vodka alongside Dragon’s Breath Welsh rum, smoked vodka and absinthe. Opened in 2021, the distillery develops spirits through flavour, botanicals, distilling processes and Welsh place references. Products include Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin, Steeltown Welsh Vodka, Steeltown Welsh Blueberry Gin, Dragon’s Breath Spiced Rum, Dragon’s Breath Dark & Smokey Welsh Rum and Dragon’s Breath Welsh Absinthe.
