Scout Coffee Roasters is an independent speciality coffee roastery in Newport, set up in 2022 after the founders’ earlier coffee work through Parc Pantry. The roastery produces blends, single-origin coffees, espresso roasts, filter-friendly coffees, omni roasts and seasonal brews. Its colour-coded labels move from lighter, fruitier filter coffees to darker espresso styles, with roasting based at Unit 8, Evtol Trading Estate on Frederick Street in Newport.
