Caldey Island Chocolate makes chocolate and fudge at The Chocolate Factory on Caldey Island, off Tenby in Pembrokeshire. Current production includes milk, dark, extra-dark and white chocolate bars and a wide range of fudge, with seasonal flavour variations. The working factory occupies the island’s former dairy near the priory, and visitors can watch chocolate being made from the customer area. Chocolate production on Caldey dates to 1968, with the factory reopening in 2024.
