The Cheesecake Lady is an Aberbargoed producer specialising in gourmet cheesecakes made at Bowen Industrial Estate. Its cheesecakes are produced in whole, mini and individual formats, with flavours including white chocolate and raspberry, Oreo, Lotus Biscoff, lemon, Nutella, Malteser and Kinder Bueno. The business also makes cheesecake pots, sundaes and seasonal variations, using biscuit bases, flavoured fillings and toppings suited to each recipe. Whole cheesecakes, mini versions, dessert pots and sundaes are prepared from the same Caerphilly production unit.
