Rock’n’dough Bakehouse

Rock’n’Dough Bakehouse bakes sourdough bread and pastries at its independent bakery on Narberth High Street in Pembrokeshire. The business began with loaves baked in a home kitchen during the 2020 lockdown and opened its high-street bakehouse in May 2023. Its bread range includes traditional country sourdough, seeded rye and spelt loaves, baguettes, ciabatta and focaccia. All-butter croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon buns and changing Danish pastries make up the sweeter side of the counter. Seasonal specials sit alongside the bakery’s regular breads and pastries, which are prepared in small batches.
