Quantum Coffee Roasters is a family-owned Cardiff roaster that began in 2015, hand-roasting speciality coffee in Cardiff Bay. Its current range includes HALF / CAFF, BAE TEIGR (Tiger Bay), GWALIA - A BLEND FOR WALES and DECAF SIGNATURE BLEND, alongside home-compostable coffee pods and rotating single-origin coffees. The core blends are sold as whole beans or ground for different brew methods, while the single-origin selection changes through the year. Quantum also runs coffee shops in Cardiff Bay and opposite Cardiff Castle.
