Manumit Coffee Roasters is a Cardiff coffee roaster founded in 2015, producing blends, single-origin coffees and decaf. Its coffees are sourced from Honduras, Guatemala, Peru and Rwanda, with named roast lines including House Roast, Premium Roast, Dark Roast, Decaf and Special Roast. Manumix brings several of those coffees together in a mixed pack, while the main range is sold as both beans and ground coffee. Alongside roasting, Manumit operates as a social enterprise supporting survivors of modern slavery.
