Its current range focuses mainly on traditional Welsh cakes and bara brith, including Traditional Welsh Cakes, Bara Brith Fruit Cake and Bara Brith Fruit Loaf, alongside Traditional Shortbread biscuits. The business has developed from supplying local households into a wholesale bakery supplying shops and caterers across Wales. Traditional family recipes remain part of the production at its Llanllechid bakery.
