Nourish Bakery

Nourish Bakery is an independent bakery run by Charlie and Monika on Fishguard’s High Street in Pembrokeshire. They make sourdough bread by hand using organic flour, including classic white, wholemeal and tin loaves, alongside a changing daily special. Their range also includes freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon swirls, cruffins, focaccia and savoury pastries. Everything is prepared on site and baked fresh each morning, using ingredients such as Estate Dairy butter, locally farmed eggs and milk, and organic fruit in their pastries. In 2026, Nourish Bakery was recognised by the Good Food Guide as one of Britain’s 50 Best Bakeries.
