Cadbury’s Chirk cocoa-processing site, operated by Mondelēz, handles cocoa beans and processes them into cocoa mass for chocolate making. Beans are cleaned, roasted and processed on site before moving on within the wider chocolate supply chain. The Chirk site is dedicated to cocoa processing and forms part of Mondelēz’s UK manufacturing base.
