Mermaid Seafoods is a family-run fishmonger in Llandudno, established there by the Wright family in 1984. Its team makes a ready-to-cook range of marinated fish and shellfish in-store, creating and applying the marinades by hand. Products include chilli, ginger and lemon seabass and salmon fillets, teriyaki salmon, Italian-style cod, marinated prawn skewers and mixed seafood kebabs. Alongside these prepared products, the shop sells fresh, frozen and smoked seafood. It sources seafood from North Wales fishermen when available, and from UK fish markets when local supplies are limited.
