Llaeth Preseli Milk & Gelato is a family dairy farm at Moat Grange, New Moat in Pembrokeshire. The same family have farmed here for over a century. The farm produces whole milk, lightly pasteurised on site, alongside small-batch gelato made from the herd's own milk. Seasonal flavours have included honeycomb, rhubarb ripple and salted caramel.
