Kepak St Merryn operates a beef and lamb processing and packing site at Pengarnddu Industrial Estate in Merthyr Tydfil. The facility slaughters and debones cattle and lambs and packs both meats for onward supply. Its output includes retail-ready cuts for butcher counters and branded packaged meat, with livestock sourced from farmers supplying the operation. The Merthyr plant combines primary meat processing, boning and packing within the same site, forming a major part of Kepak’s fresh-meat production in Wales.
