Josh’s Jerseys is a family-run fourth-generation dairy farm near Abergavenny producing fresh Jersey milk and milkshakes from its own herd. The farm runs a mainly Jersey, spring-calving herd of pasture-fed cows, with the milk gently pasteurised on site. Fresh Jersey milk is the main product, with flavoured milkshakes made from the same farm milk. The farm’s own herd, on-site dairy work and Jersey breed all shape a short product range of milk and milkshakes.
