Jersey Belle makes small-batch Jersey milk ice cream in Abergavenny using milk and cream from Josh’s Jerseys. Its seasonal range includes Real Vanilla, Banoffee Pie and Garden Mint Choc Chip, with flavours changing as ingredients come into season. The business grows some of its own fruit and mint and makes ingredients including brownies, biscuits and sprinkles for its ice cream. Jersey Belle also serves its ice cream from a distinctive pink trailer at events and weddings.
