Jenkins Bakery is a family bakery established in Llanelli in 1921 by David and Elizabeth Jenkins. Now more than a century in business, the bakery produces bread using traditional long-fermentation methods, alongside pastries, savouries, filled rolls, sandwiches and handmade celebration cakes. Products are baked daily at the Trostre production bakery and distributed to branches across South Wales.
