Gwarffynnon is a family dairy farm near Lampeter producing gently pasteurised whole milk and Welsh Halloumi-style cheese. The farm has been producing milk for more than 30 years, with milkshakes also part of the dairy range. Halŵmi Cymru sits alongside the milk line as the farm’s own Halloumi-style cheese, made from milk from free-range cows using renewable energy on the farm.
