Green Up Farm in Horeb grows living microgreens, micro herbs and speciality leaves in an indoor hydroponic vertical farm. Its crop list includes daikon radish, pea shoot tendrils, pak choi, nasturtium, red-vein sorrel, amaranth, parsley and rainbow chard, supplied fresh to chefs and hospitality businesses across West Wales. The farm also sells harvested selections as Green Up Box. Production runs year round in a controlled growing system, with the offer focused on edible crops chosen for flavour, aroma and shelf life.
