Fire & Ice is a family-run Narberth producer making artisan sorbets and gelato at its St James Street shop. Sorbets are produced in a dedicated lab at the back of the shop and are dairy-free and vegan-friendly, while gelato is made with Welsh organic milk and double cream. The range includes fruit and alcohol-infused sorbets alongside gelato flavours. Its Passion Fruit Sorbet won the 2026 Golden Fork from Wales after receiving three Great Taste stars.
