Coalshed Brewing in Caerphilly is a nanobrewery making small-batch modern ales in cans, casks and kegs. The beer list includes Mosaic Monster, a double dry-hopped session pale ale, Fallout, a hazy double IPA with Citra and Mosaic, and Hop Hip-Nosis, a Citra-and-Mosaic New England pale ale. Hop-forward pale beers sit prominently in the range, with darker beers also part of the brewery’s output. The line stays with modern craft beer from a very small South Wales brewery.
