Hallets Real Cider is made by Andy and Annie Hallett at Blaengawney Farm in Hafodyrynys, Caerphilly. Fresh cider apples are pressed on the farm, with each variety fermented separately before blending into different cider styles. The ciders mature in oak barrels and stainless-steel vessels, combining traditional cider-making with techniques drawn from winemaking. Heartbreaker, Blindfold and National Treasure form the regular still-cider line, joined by limited editions and perry. Hallets won Best Drinks Producer at the BBC Food and Farming Awards in 2016.
