Castle Farm is a family dairy farm at Bishton near Newport producing fresh whole milk, free-range eggs and ice cream. The ice cream is made on the farm using the farm's own milk, with flavours available for retail and at events. Milk and eggs are produced alongside the ice cream as the three core farm lines.
