Capital Roasters roasts coffee at its purpose-built roastery in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire. Established in 1991, the business produces roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, blends, single-origin coffees and decaffeinated coffee for retail and trade customers. It also creates bespoke blends, packs coffee under private label and provides contract roasting for customers supplying their own green coffee. The on-site Coffee Story visitor centre and tasting café introduce the roasting process and the work behind the finished coffees.
