Barti Rum

Barti Rum is a Pembrokeshire spirits producer at Honeyborough Industrial Estate in Neyland, founded in 2017. Barti Spiced Rum combines Caribbean rum with wild hand-picked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast, with vanilla, clove, cinnamon and sweet citrus in the spice mix. The same producer also makes Barti Cream Liqueur, a plant-based coconut cream liqueur using vanilla, clove, cinnamon and orange. The drinks keep a clear Pembrokeshire seaweed and spiced-rum character.
