Afallon Mon

Afallon Môn is a Welsh gin distillery at Bedo Farm near Llanfachraeth on Anglesey. The distillery produces Afallon Dry London Gin and Blueberry & Elderflower Gin from a refurbished eighteenth-century Welsh barn, using water from a 200-year-old well at the farm. Its gin is made with botanicals sourced locally and globally, with juniper, cardamom, peppercorns, star anise and lemon among the listed ingredients. The spirits keep a clear botanical style, combining fresh citrus notes with spice and floral character.
