Einkorn

Einkorn is a hands-on cookery school at 61 CoWorkz on Minerva Avenue, offering small-group masterclasses for beginners through to experienced home bakers. Courses cover sourdough, croissants, focaccia, pasta, pizza, doughnuts and butter, with ingredients, equipment and packaging provided.

The focus is practical, accessible teaching using natural ingredients, with classes designed to give participants individual guidance and the skills to keep making the food at home. Einkorn also offers private group masterclasses for team building, schools and family gatherings.
