Dough & Daughters

Dough & Daughters is a family-run bread-making school that holds small, hands-on classes at Talgarth Mill. The school teaches beginner and speciality bread making, with a strong Danish and Nordic influence drawn from the founders’ family baking tradition.

For in-person courses, ingredients, utensils, equipment, aprons and carrier bags are provided, and participants take home the bread and bakes they make. Talgarth Mill is one of the school’s in-person teaching venues, alongside online classes and sessions elsewhere in Wales.
