Anand George’s Indian Kitchen

Anand George’s Indian Kitchen is an Indian food stall on the upstairs balcony of Cardiff Central Market. The menu centres on Indian street-food dishes, including Kerala Fried Chicken with Bombay Fries, build-your-own curry bowls, chicken and paneer tikka masala, onion bhaji and fried tiger prawns.

Vegetarian and vegan choices include paneer dishes, mung bean dal and cauliflower Kempu. The market stall also serves drinks such as mango lassi and a fresh mint cooler.
