Blaenau Gwent is actively building its local-food network through the Food Partnership, community projects and town-centre food festivals. The borough’s food strategy work brings growers, businesses and community organisations together, while events in Ebbw Vale and Blaina provide trading opportunities for food and drink vendors. That developing network gives specialist foods and small-batch products room to grow alongside more familiar local food categories.
