Williams Brothers Cider makes Welsh still and sparkling cider at Bedwas House Industrial Estate in Bedwas. Started in 2009 with a small basket press, the family business now produces real cider under names such as Growler, Splanky and Biffyn, with the range centred on still and sparkling Welsh cider from its Bedwas ciderhouse. The business site also lists awards for several of those lines, including a 2022 Great Taste 2-star award for Biffyn Sweet Sparkling Cider.
