Welsh Homestead Smokery is a micro smokery on a smallholding at Penuwch, near Tregaron in Ceredigion. The range covers smoked bacon in several cured varieties, smoked lamb bacon, smoked chilli jams across a range from mild to hot, dried smoked chillies and flavoured smoked salts. All products are made in small batches in the on-site smoker. The smokery has won Great Taste two-star recognition for two of its smoked chilli jams.
