Tyddyn Teg near Bethel is a cooperatively run farm growing fresh seasonal vegetables year-round and baking sourdough bread on site. Its vegetables supply the farm shop and weekly veg boxes, while Bara Teg, the in-house bakery, makes bread from organic flour using the sourdough method. Regular bakes include white loaves with rye and wholemeal, brown boules with malted barley, baguettes and ciabatta. The range brings together field-grown produce and a small bakery at the same farm.
