The Welshman's Lunch

The Welshman’s Lunch in Newport makes handmade chutneys, relishes and sauces alongside its wider catering work. Fig & apricot chutney, cranberry and red wine chutney, fiery tomato relish, sweet onion relish, tomato ketchup and BBQ sauce form the main pantry line, with each made in small batches and sold both in pots and in larger catering packs. Freshly baked bread and slow-roasted meats also appear in the business’s food offer, but the preserve range gives it a clear producer line of its own.
