The Pie Box is a Cardiff vegan pie maker founded in 2016, producing handmade savoury pies with fillings including Stake n' Ale, Chick'n & Leek, Beeef & Onion, Peppered Steak, Chickpea & Spinach and Meatball Marinara. Its range works in plant-based versions of familiar pie-shop combinations, from rich gravy-led steak-style pies to leek, chickpea, spinach and tomato-based fillings. Across the named line-up, the pies move between faux-meat, onion gravy and vegetable-led options, all made as handheld savoury pies.
