The Future Candy Company is a confectionery manufacturer at Conway Road in Newport, operating from a factory dating to 1867 as Brays Welsh Sweet Factory - described as the only remaining confectionery factory in Wales. The range covers traditional handmade boiled sweets including rhubarb and custard, rosey apples and mint humbugs, alongside toffee, fudge, brittles and popcorn. Own-brand ranges include Suga Sours, Chunky Chew, Fizz N Foam, Fizzy Sherbets, Zero Sugar 100% Candy and Retrocorn popcorn, with private label and co-packing also produced at the site.
