The Cake Crew

The Cake Crew in Bala specialises in cupcakes, with traybakes, loaf cakes and muffins also in production. Working from a 25,000-square-foot bakery, it is one of the larger food manufacturers in the area. Cupcakes lead the range, with flavours such as chocolate, salted caramel, red velvet, strawberries and cream and vanilla butterfly, while mini cupcakes, seasonal cakes and loaf cakes broaden the line. Production combines semi-automated bakery lines with hand finishing.
