Talgarth Mill produces stoneground wholemeal flour from locally grown grain at its working watermill in the Bannau Brycheiniog area. The flour is milled on French Burr stones and sold in styles including strong wholemeal, seven seeds strong wholemeal, Welsh heritage wholemeal, plain wholemeal, rye and wholemeal self-raising. Flour remains the defining food line here, with the water-powered mill turning local grain into wholemeal flour in Talgarth.
