Caws Gynog makes handcrafted cheese in mid-Wales. The current range includes Blackhouse Commoner, made from pasteurised cow’s milk, and Gilfach, made from pasteurised sheep’s milk. Both are semi-hard Caerffili-style cheeses made under the Caws Gynog name, with cow’s-milk and sheep’s-milk cheeses forming the full line.
