St Hilary Vineyard is a Welsh vineyard in the Vale of Glamorgan, around a mile from Cowbridge. The vineyard describes a regenerative approach to viticulture, producing natural Welsh wines that are grown and made in Wales. Alongside bottled wines and gift boxes, it also runs vineyard tours and tastings from the estate.
