Postance Poultry is a west Wales producer specialising in free-range Bronze Golden Turkeys. The birds are reared slowly to full maturity, then dry plucked and game hung for at least seven days in the traditional way. Whole seasonal turkeys are sold under the Postance name from the Ceredigion farm base for the Christmas season.
