Polly's Brew Co is an independent brewery on Holland Farm, Mold in Flintshire, established in 2018 with a focus on hop-forward, fresh, modern beers in keg and can. Founded as a two-person operation in a converted stable, the brewery has grown into one of the most highly rated in Wales and ships beer to nearly thirty countries. The core range spans pale ales, IPAs - including hazy, double and triple IPA styles - alongside sours and stouts, with frequent new releases brewed in small batches throughout the year.
